The Inner Logic Between State-owned Enterprise Reform and Management Innovation

This paper analyzes the inner logic between state-owned enterprise reform and management innovation in the past 30 years.Although the state-owned enterprise reform and management innovation each has a different function and role,but both are an important way to promote the state-owned development.During the transition period,the reform of state-owned enterprises is the pusher of management innovation,a high development cycle simultaneity and development goal consistency exist between state-owned enterprise reform and management innovation.However,with the gradual deepening of transformation,state-owned enterprises management innovation appeared a feature which is management innovation ahead of the reform state-owned enterprises,and reverse appeal to speed up the reform of state-owned enterprises,the changes of environmental and the development of the state-owned enterprises demands to launch a new round of reform of state-owned enterprises.Therefore,repositioning the reform of state-owned enterprises function and role,and scientifically choose the path of the reform of state-owned enterprises,is an important way to promote the management innovation and promote state-owned enterprises lead our country market economy to a mature market economy in the new era.
