Effect observation of ultrasonic scalpel in open thyroid surgery with minimal incision

Objective Observed and analyzed the open harmonic scalpel small incision thyroidectomy effects.Methods Selected our hospital 210 cases of thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter with implementation of thyroid gland subtotal surgery,and 100 cases took conventional thyroid surgery set for control group;110 patients underwent harmonic scalpel thyroidectomy set as treatment group.analyzed two groups gland removal time、total procedure time、blood loss and other indicators.Results The two groups patients with postoperative drainage volume and maximum tumor diameter had no significant difference(P0.05),but compared to other indicators,treatment group was better than control group(P0.05).Conclusion Applied to the ultrasonic scalpel in open thyroid surgery,is worth for clinical application and promotion.
