Weng Tong-he:an Important Official at the End of Qing Dynasty

Weng Tong-he was politically influential at the end of Qing Dynasty .He contributed a lot to presevere the feudal system in the 43 years of his political life.He demonstrated great national integrity and innovation spirit during the Sino-French War ,the Sino-Japanese War and the Reform Movement .But limited by the class and the history as a feudal bureaucratic intellectual,he was dimissed at last and had to end his political.
