Analysis on diagnosis and treatment of 120 cases of abdominal closed injury

Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the abdominal closed injury.Methods:The data of diagnosis and treatment in120patients with abdominal closed injury in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in recent years.Results:All120cases were adopted with operative treatment,114cases were cured and6died,various complications occurred in42cases.Conclusion:In the abdominal closed injury,the parenchymatous organ is more often injured than cavernous one.The multiple organic injuries are serious,with high mortality and many complications.
