The experience of diagnosis and treatment of 78 cases of the abdominal closed injury

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the abdominal closed injury.Methods The data of diagnosis and treatment of 78 patients with the abdominal closed injury in our hospital from Oct. 1988 to May 1999 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All 78 cases uncerwent surgical operation. Among them, 71 cases were cured and 7 died, Various complications occurred in 33 cases.Conclusions In the case of abdominal closed injury, the internal organs are injured seriously with many complications and high mortality. It is common that two or above organs are injured.
