The Diagnosis and Treatment Experiences of Closed Abdominal Injury

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal injury.Methods From January 2004 to July 2010,129 patients of Baoshan Branch of Shanghai First People's Hospital were treated with closed abdominal trauma,a retrospective analyze was done with the diagnosis and treatment of these patients.Results 106 cases in 129 patients treated with surgery.124 cases were cured and 5 died,37 cases had complications occurred.Conclusion The extent of the damage of closed abdominal injury in organ weight,organ damage more than 2 common,associated injuries and more.Fast and accurate medical history and physical examination may be initially collected to determine whether closed abdominal trauma;abdominal diagnostic puncture,B-ultrasound diagnosis of closed abdominal trauma is a fast and effective examinations.
