Abstract

With the popularization of higher education in China,more and more people to be college counselors,the professionalization of college counselors becomes more and more urgent.Based on the professionalization of college counselors College,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the course of the professionalization of college counselors.Finally,the author proposes some countermeasures on the professionalization of college counselors.
