Abstract

In the new situation,professionalization and specialization is the necessary choice for the construction of college counselors'team.This article puts forward the connotation and the cultivating goals of professionalization and specialization of college counselors.It stresses perfecting mechanisms of recruitment,management,training and development while aiming to broaden academic study to step up strategic advices on Counselor discipline construction.Therefore,the construction of professionalization and specialization of college counselors in Jiangsu Province can be really speeded up both practically and theoretically.
