Abstract
The effect of inoculum concentration, rotate speed, liquid volume was studied through single-factor experiment and L9 (34 ) orthogonal experimental in the course of maitake solution culture ferment, results showed that all three have different impacts. Orthogonal experiment analysis showed that inoculation appreciable impact, the conditions suiting suitting for fermentation of the fungus grifola frondosa is inoculum 10% , shake flask speed 200 r/min,liquid volume 100 mL.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
