On the Teaching Reform of Professional Training at the Higher Professional Institutions

The personnel training goal for higher professional institutions has decided that student's professional ability and the quality at higher professional colleges and universities must be raised in the entire real professional environment. This article deals with the background of the base construction for vocational education,taking Jiangsu Food Professional and technical institute as an example,which shows that the founding of reality-teaching company on the campus can raise student's professional ability and quality,opening a new path for practice educational reform and the personnel training at the higher professional colleges and universities.
