Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate a high-risk pregnancy.Methods:180 patients with high-risk pregnancy symptoms should immediately terminate the pregnancy were divided into the study group and the control group, the control group was given the conventional abortion treatment, the study group were given Mifepristone and Misoprostol to terminate the high-risk pregnancy.Results:The efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P0.05). The abdominal pain of the study group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). The complications of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Mifepristone and misoprostol to terminate high-risk pregnancy should be widely applied.
