Abstract

The essential of enterprise culture is humanism management theory and economical culture as well.Enterprise culture plays an important role in attracting talents,creating a good talentusing and keeping atmosphere,stimulating staff and supplying talents steadily.Improving talent management of enterprise culture has to attach importance to establishing excellent enterprise culture and popularizing enterprise culture internally ond externally.
