Abstract
Enterprise culture is the soul of enterprise.We should keep taking advanced culture as the guidance to the development of enterprise culture and put emphasis on its development.We should improve the reform and the development of enterprise by culture and regard the improvement of the quality of staff and workers as the goal of the development of enterprise,and we should promote the management of enterprise and enrich the cultural life of staff and workers by enterprise culture.
