Abstract
The direct leaching of vanadium from a high phosphorus vanadium ore in the northwest,China using sulfuric acid was investigated.The orthogonal test results showed that under the optimum conditions of leaching temperature of 90 ℃,liquid-solid ratio of 2∶1,reaction time of 6 h,H2SO4 mass concentration of 250 g/L and ore granularity of less than 0.175 mm,the leaching of vanadium was between 90.72% and 92.56%.
