Abstract

Moisture,ash,protein,crude fat,total sugar,amino acids,vitamins of the lotus,camellia,rape's pollen were measured and analyzed in Taizhou.The results show that the lotus pollen,moisture,ash,fat and amino acids were the highest;vitamin C of camellia pollen is the highest;moisture of rape pollen is the lowest,while protein and total sugar are the highest.The results will provide a reference for the market development and utilization of pollen.
