Abstract
The polyphonols of of the 6 different kinds of bee pollen, including Lycum Barbarum Pollenwere evaluated in the study. The total contents of polyphenol were measured using spectrophotometer methods. HPLC and HPLC-MS methods were used to analyze the composition of the polyphenols. The results showed that the total polyphenols of 6 different kinds of bee pollen were 0.82 g/100 g-3.92 g/100 g. Comparatively, the total polyhenols content of Lycium ruthenicum pollen was 1.42 times, 0.72 times, 2.78 times, 1.20 times, and 2.37 times higher than that of Hindu Lotus pollen, rape pollen, Fagopyrum esculentum Moench pollen, sunflower pollen and camellia pollen. 10 polyphenols in Lycum Barbarum pollen were identified. Comparatively, Lycum Barbarum pollen had the higher value of total polyphenol content. It is a rich source of polyphenol, and one kinds of good resources for development of healthy food.
