Curative Effect Observation on Angina Pectoris from Coronary Artery Disease with Therapy of Combination of TCM with Western Medicine,A Report of 60 Cases

Objective:To observe the curative effect on angina pectoris from coronary artery disease with therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine.Method:60 cases of angina pectoris from coronary artery disease were treated with therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine.50 cases as the control group were treated with western medicine.The course of treatment was 1 month.Result:About symptom curative effect,in the treatment group 17 cases were excellent,38 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 92%.And in the control group 9 cases were excellent,29 cases were effective and 12 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 76%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).About ECG curative effect,in the treatment group 13 cases were excellent,30 cases were effective and 17 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 72%.And in the control group 6 cases were excellent,23 cases were effective and 21 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 58%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect on angina pectoris from coronary artery disease with therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine is good and reliable.
