Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect on unstable angina pectoris with therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine.Method: 108 cases of definite unstable angina pectoris were selected and divided into two groups randomly.54 cases in the treatment group were treated with decoction of benefiting vital qi and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis as well as routine anticoagulation and western medicine improving blood-supply of cardiac muscle. And the cases in the control group were treated only with western medicine. The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Result: About the clinical curative effect,in the treatment group 34 cases were excellent,16 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.6%.In the control group 25 cases were excellent,17 cases were effective and 12 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 77.8%(P0.05).About the curative effect of electrocardiogram,In the treatment group,29 cases were excellent,18 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.0%.In the control group,18 cases were excellent,16 cases were effective and 20 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.0%(P0.05).Conclusion: The clinical curative effect is good with the method of decoction of benefiting vital qi and activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis as well as routine anticoagulation and western medicine to improve blood-supply of cardiac muscle.
