Abstract
The earned value method is a way to synthetically control the progress and cost of a project. The paper, based on its basic principle, presents 3 parameters for showing the operating states of a project, studies 4 indexes and 2 forecast variables. Then,a case study shows that the shortage of earned value method depends on ignoring the critical work and quality, and its solution is that the method should integrate critical route and introduce a midst variable called Earned Quality Value.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
