Abstract

Earned value management is widely used in the process of project construction as an effective method.The paper is pointed out that there are deficiencies in the part of schedule analysis methods in traditional earned value method and researched an integrated technique that includes critical path method and the earned value approach to project management,and then proposed earned value analysis method based on critical path.
