It also adding policies, rules, culture, resources, working relationships, work location, and internal and external environmental factors, all of which influence the ways those employees perform their job functions. Good interpersonal relationships help to achieve personal goals of the individuals and organizational goals of the whole team, while bad interpersonal relationships are the cause of stress in the organization and affect results of work of the individuals, groups, departments, work teams and sometimes the whole organization. In this aspect the study has been initiated, further this study will throw light on the major causes of stress and facilitate the scientific techniques which may destroy it.
