Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of root canal filling with cortisomol in single visit and give evidence for it's clinical popularize.MethodsAll teeth were randomly and equally grouped.The prepared roots were obturated with lateral condensation and cortisomol paste,ZOE paste respectively.ResultsThe difference in pain among the two groups were statistically significant after treatment.The group using Cortisomol paste caused minimum irritation and least pain among the two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups after one year.ConclusionCortisomol paste on root canal filling in single visit was operated simply with less sensitivity,and it is helpful for cortisomol therapy.
