Abstract
[Objective]A design of innovative platform for agricultural sciences and technologies has been constructed for its development in Guangxi.[Method]The main achievements of agricultural sciences and technologies innovation and their main constraints were analyzed and an overall design of innovative platform for development of agricultural sciences and technologies in Guangxi was put forward.[Result]The main achievements of agricultural sciences and technologies innovation in Guangxi were obtained in the fields of research platform,transformation platform of agricultural science and technology achievements,agriculture informatization and service intermediary of agricultural sciences and technologies.However,some problems still existed in agricultural sciences and technologies innovation,which included imperfect agricultural science and technology management system,low transformation rate of agricultural science and technology achievements and lack of ability for science and technology innovation.The innovative platform for agricultural sciences and technologies in Guangxi have been made by integrating three sub-platforms which included research and development platform of agricultural sciences and technologies,transformation platform of agricultural sciences and technologies achievements and service platform of agricultural sciences and technologies innovation.[Suggestion]In the construction of the innovative platform for agricultural sciences and technologies in Guangxi,the principles should be adhered which included overall planning and rational distribution,government-led and department-cooperated,industry-oriented and key industry-focused,innovating innovation mechanism and strengthening management,full use of the existing achievements and promoting its development steadily.
