Study on the Integration of Resources Oriented to the Popularization of Agricultural Technology

Integration of relevant organizations and agricultural systems of human resources,and organizations,dissemination and utilization of information resources of agricultural technology development from the perspective of information management,are the important contents in the process of constructing agricultural science and technology network system.The experiences of success case in Hainan Province,Hainan Agricultural Science and Technology Service 110 were summarized.Some measures were proposed on how to effectively integrate the relevant organizations and agricultural systems of human resources initiatives,to make agricultural technology extension system become a link that the agricultural department – researchers of agricultural science and technology-promoters of agricultural science and technology-who applies in all aspects of agricultural science and technology platform,to accelerate regional agricultural development.
