Abstract
This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of building a technical innovation platform of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and makes some suggestions of promoting the agricultural technical innovation platform construction in terms of clarifying the construction goal,strengthening the construction of talents team,innovating the management mechanism and establishing the sharing mechanism.
