Abstract
Objective: To explore the causes of ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP), and to summarize the response measures of ventilator associated pneumonia, and to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods: 66 patients with mechanical ventilation were treated with mechanical ventilation in hospital,and the causes were analyzed and the effective nursing measures were taken8.Results: 66 cases of mechanical ventilation patients in ICU in the hospital during ICU ventilator associated pneumonia occurred in 11 cases, the incidence rate of about 16.7%, of which 5 cases died of the disease, the mortality rate was about 7.6%.Conclusion: it can effectively reduce the incidence and mortality of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU patients, which can effectively reduce the resistance,strengthen the management of artificial airway, maintain the patency of the ventilator tube, and strengthen the management of the patients.
