Abstract
In this paper, the authors examine the expectations and satisfaction of tourists with the tourist offer in Istria. Research is based on tourist surveys, which involve a representative sample of randomly selected respondents across the entire area of Istria. In the paper, the authors begin with the assumption that the tourist offer is highly complex, and that it should be used to fully satisfy the needs of tourist and meet their expectations.
