Influence Study of Fasudil Hydrochloride for the Blood Rheology and Hs- CRP of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

Objective:Evaluation of fasudil hydrochloride combined with efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarctionMeth- ods:80 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups,The treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each,The control group was given routine treatment,Treatment group was added with hydrochloric fasudil method on the basis of conven- tional therapy,Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment respectively,blood rheology and hs- CRP and neural function defect score. Results:Treatment of rheology and blood group hs- CRP,on nerve function recovery therapeutic effect is better than that of control group. Conclusion:Fasudil hydrochloride can significantly change the blood rheology and hs- CRP in patients with acute cerebral infarc- tion,The exact curative effect in treating acute cerebral infarction.
