Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of the therapy of butylphthalide combined fasudil for acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into three groups: conventional treatment group, fasudil group and butylphthalide combined fasudil group(n = 40).Respectively,14 days before and after treatment,28 days after treatment,Neural function defect were tested by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and blood testing for hs-CRP levels were assessed. The dynamic changes before and after treatment in NIHSS total score and hs-CRP levels were observed,as well as the adverse reactions during treatment. Results: NIHSS total score and hs-CRP levels of all the patients have declined, moreover, among the three groups, the fall was most significant in butylphthalide combined fasudil group(P 0.05).Conclusion: Butylphthalide combined fasudil therapy could effectively improve the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction as well as reduce inflammation. It is a safe and effective treatment options for acute cerebral infarction.
