Abstract
The paper reviews the present status of Indian research output in mathematical science research during the period 1999–2014 by using web of science database retrieved from the Science Citation Index. The data analyses on several parameters including world research output, rank-wise and global publication share, Indian research output and its relative growth rate, doubling time, exponential growth rate, subject-wise categories and wordwise distribution by using the HistCite software. Further, the study examines the topmost of an author highly cited reference in Indian mathematical science research output.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
