The missed concert: 'Sandro's story'

It 'takes all sorts'; I know, so I feel privileged to be included in this collection. Four years ago, I considered my life was finished. I had lost my job and I had lost my wife, the woman with whom I was deeply in love. She was seeing another man, not because she really cared for him, but because she couldn't handle life with me anymore. She was probably right; I was and still am a rather difficult person. But I have paid a heavy price, as this written record shows.
