Abstract
Objective To discuss the availability of sufentanil propofol and ephedrine intravenous combinded anesthesia in painless gastroscope.Methods 150 patients undergoing gastroscopy were divided into 3 groups.group Ⅰ(Fentany and Propofol group),goup Ⅱ(Sufentanil and Propofol group),Group Ⅲ(Ephedrine group).The blood pressure,recovery time,discharged time and the dose of propofol were observed.Results The recovery time,discharged time and the dose of propofol in Group Ⅲ,Ⅱ were less than that in group Ⅰ(P0.05).The blood pressure in group Ⅲ was less than that in the other two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined propofol and ephedrine in painless gastroscope is a kind of safe anesthesia method which also has little influence on circle system.
