Abstract
H3 Wyndham is an alliance of organisations that brings together youth services, community law, mental health, women's health, community health, housing, homelessness services and other groups that support people in the Wyndham municipality in Melbourne's outer west. Participating organisations have considerable experience with families who lack appropriate accommodation and support.
