Abstract

At the launch of the Central City Community Health Service (Central City CHS) on the 31st May 2012, David Montgomery, a graduate of the Council to Homeless Persons Peer Education Support Program, spoke about his experience of homelessness and how he struggled to find the appropriate support services to help him because of the lack of access to information and the lack of service integration and coordination.
