Abstract
Managing factors that affect a person's housing is an important part of the work done at the Brisbane Homelessness Service Centre. The Qld Health Homeless Outreach clinics held at the Brisbane Homelessness Service Centre helped provide emotional, personal and health support for Kelly and her family. They established home visits, nursing, health and other home care programs.
