Abstract

This paper presents the wetland resources protection and ecological restoration strategy based on institutional economics. It will promote the innovation of system and mechanism of wetland resource protection and ecological restoration, strengthen the resources environment of wetland value accounting, explore the implementation of ecological compensation mechanism of wetland ecological system, management, and put into the system of national economic accounting of resource environment of wetland.
