Discussion for the Legislation Issue of China's Wetland Ecosystem Protection

Wetlands which have been called the "kidneys of nature", with ecological, economic and social benefits are related to the national ecological security. State wetland management has gone through the management with the purpose of wetland resources use and the wetland ecosystem management stage for maintaining the health of wetland ecosystem. On the basis of analyzing the development and utilization of China's wetland resources and the management situation of these wetlands, the author proposed some ideas on the values of wetland ecosystem protection, the ownership of wetland resources, the establishment of wetland protection and management institutions, the system for rational use and protection of the wetland ecological environment.
