Land-consolidation-potentiality evaluation based on sustainable development for Daxing District in Beijing

Abstract
The scientific and reasonable indicator system of land-consolidation-potentiality evaluation has a great deal of important practical and developmental significances. As a case of Daxing District in Beijing City, this paper interprets the land-consolidation connotation, analyzes the characteristics of land-consolidation-potentiality with sustainable development. From five inspects, including land productivity, land quantity and quality, economic feasibility, resource protectiveness and social acceptability, the indicator system of land consolidation potentiality evaluation and the fuzzy evaluation model were put forward. The research result provides the valuable reference for the sustainable development of land consolidation in the future.
