DISCUSSION ON QUALITY EVALUATION OF LAND CONSOLIDATION PROJECTS

Abstract

This paper,based on the basic connotation of land consolidation,expands the principles,contents and methods of land development and consolidation,establishes a set of index system to evaluate the land development and consolidation project quality.Taking Jiangsu province as a case study,this paper evaluates nearly 300 land development and consolidation projects with the results indicating that the general quality is good,and presents some suggestions to improve the land development and consolidation project quality.
