Evaluation of Land Development and Consolidation Potentiality for County Level——A Case Study of Huanren County in Liaoning Province

This paper takes Huanren country in Liaoning province as the research object,evaluates the cultivated land consolidation potentiality,rural residential land consolidation potentiality and reserve resources exploitation potentiality individually,then uses multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method to assess the land development and consolidation potentiality level of the county.The results show that the first level of land consolidation potential area is 34.93% of the total area,the second is 29.82%,and the third is 35.25%.The research results find out new cultivated land potential size and divide potential zones,so they underlie consolidation project scientifically and arrangement consolidation timing sequence reasonably,it has a good reference to guiding the further evaluation of land development and consolidation potentiality.
