Research on Mechanism of Digital Resources Sharing among Universities

Abstract
With the development of Web2.0, the university digital resources are more and more abundant, how to effectively use the digital resources and build the resource sharing system become an urgent problem. After the research and analysis of digital resources sharing of domestic and foreign universities, an university digital resource sharing mechanism is proposed, an architecture of university digital resources sharing platform based on the SaaS is designed, and the each layer function of the architecture is elaborated. And the suggestions on the standardization of sharing resources have been provided, the organization structure and the safeguard mechanism of digital resources sharing have been constructed, and the related incentive mechanism has been designed as well.
