Abstract
Digital information resources is an important part of library information resources in the information age of the storm,to build and share digital resources to maximize an urgent request, the library is an important bargaining chip development. Therefore, the establishment of a viable sharing mechanism to meet the needs of the times.Based on this, this paper presents operational management through the establishment of centers of excellence, build transaction sharing, information sharing a common platform to build a unified and effective management platform to achieve a shared digital information resources sharing mechanism. So that resources can maximize the unified integration, configuration and optimization to achieve a reasonable sharing of digital information resources.
