Design and Research of University Digital Resources Sharing Platform Based on SaaS

Abstract

The university digital resources sharing construction involves the technical architecture and corresponding sharing mechanism.After analyzing the digital resources sharing of domestic and foreign universities,a solution based on SaaS is provided to solve the problem of university digital resources sharing,and an architecture of university digital resources sharing platform is also designed.Through researching the sharing mechanism,a proposal of the standardization of sharing resources is provided,the organization structure and the safeguard mechanism of digital resources sharing are constructed,and related incentive mechanism is also designed.
