Abstract
The paper presents the frame vibration of the 20 MN forging hydraulic press which is caused by the frequent loading and unloading process of equipment. The device model is drawn in the 3D drawing software Pro/E, and the finite element analysis software Ansys is used to carry out the modal analysis of equipment frame, the first 4 order modes under the natural frequency are obtained to estimate the rationality of equipment structure. The result from the modal analysis could be used to avoid the resonance in the working process.
