Abstract

This article is aiming at doing some calculation for processing parameter like deforming force and deformation temperature which is in the forging process of Ti-6Al-4V alloy on hydraulic press;introduce the computation of temperature changes and heat times in the process of upset and forge about forge pieces on press,for supplying some reference of designing the forging process,forging plant and doing more research in forging process.
