Abstract

细胞外乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA是一种松弛环状的双链DNA(relaxed circular DNA,rcDNA)分子,其两条链均不是闭合的,其中负链较长,约3200个碱基,含有HBV基因组的全长基因,在其5′起始端与3′末端之间有一数个碱基的缺刻;正链较短,有较大的缺口,其3′末端不固定,故长度是可变的,约为负链长度的50%~100%.在HBV的复制过程中,病毒DNA进入宿主细胞核,在DNA聚合酶的作用下,两条链的缺口均被补齐,形成超螺旋的共价、闭合、环状DNA分子(covalently closed circular DNA,cccDNA)。
