Abstract

HBV共价闭合环状DNA (covalently closed circular DNA,cccDNA)是HBV复制的初始模板.近年来,随着以选择性实时荧光PCR技术为代表的各类cccDNA检测技术日渐成熟,以及临床医生对cccDNA检测临床意义认识的不断提高,cccDNA检测已从基础研究逐渐进入到临床应用. 关键词：肝炎病毒,乙型;肝炎,乙型,慢性;抗药性;肝衰竭
