Abstract

With the way of soil culture in pots,this article studies the effect of different Selenium concentrations in soil on the contents of chlorophyll, proline and malondialdehyde in the seedling Cauliflower. The results indicate that within the range of 0-24mg·kg-1 of the added Selenium concentration, the content of the chlorophyll increases with the rise of Selenium concentrations in the soil; within the range of 0-32mg·kg-1 of the added Selenium concentration, the content of proline increases with the rise of Selenium concentrations in the soil; within the range of 16-32mg·kg-1 of the added Selenium concentration, the content of malondialdehyde reduces to a large extent while beyond the range of 32mg·kg-1 of the added Selenium concentration, the content of malondialdehyde increases to a large extent.
