Abstract
By spraying liquid selenium fertilizer in early and middle stages of grain filling,studies were conducted on the effect of applying solenium fertilizer on wheat physiohegical characteristics and grain selenium content.The results showed superoxide dismutase(SOD)enzyme activity of flag leaf, grain selenium content were significantly higher than those of the control. However,maloaldehyde(MDA) content of flag leaf was lower than that of the control.
