Abstract

This article presents the procedure of FLUENT solving the air pollution diffusion problem, including computational mesh generation, solver selection and parameters setup. Then, the setup method of boundary conditions and initial conditions , the convergence and numerical stability, and the post-processing of FLUENT have been presented. An example is given to verify the applicability of FLUENT solving air pollution diffusion problem. This article can be a reference for people doing the correlative work.
